Dr. Charles Mercieca is a retired history and philosophy professor from Alabama A & M University and President of the International Association of Educators for World Peace (IAEWP). He travels the world speaking on behalf of peace and written hundreds of peace related articles and books.
In 1967, as a professor of philosophy and political science, Dr. Mercieca discussed in several Latin American Universities ways to bring unity between the people of North and South America.
